Account Executive - $80-105K OTE - Remote (US)

We make corporate video for marketing teams at mid-sized companies - tech, healthcare, finance, education, consumer brands. About 20 sales calls a week come in from Google Ads, SEO and outbound, and that number nearly doubled in a year. We're adding a second AE so we stop leaving deals on the table.\n
What you'll do \n

• Own inbound from the first 15 minutes - respond, qualify, tier, book the call.

• Run discovery and close projects under $15K yourself, start to signature. Every project is scoped from scratch - crew, shoot days, edit rounds, deliverables - so you'll learn to price custom work fast.

• On larger deals, run the first call alongside an Executive Producer and draft the proposal they price.
\n
• Run follow-up on every open deal in the pipeline. Nothing sits untouched for two weeks.
\n
• Send the client recap within two hours of every call. Keep HubSpot clean enough that the forecast is real.

Where it goes. Year one is C-tier closing, pipeline ownership and learning the product on real deals. The team is growing and the lane grows with it - how far and how fast depends on what you close and how you run the book. We'll be honest about that at every review.\n
Who does well here. Two to five years selling services, media or creative to marketing buyers - agency, production, media, creative staffing, sponsorship. Deals in the $5-30K range. 8-12 held calls a week and you can tell me what last week looked like. You write clearly - most of this job is written. Your numbers are real and you'd rather under-claim than get caught rounding up.\n
Comp and hours. $75K base, $80-105K OTE at target. Variable is tied to what you close and what you move through the pipeline. Remote, US-based, US hours - we need Pacific coverage. Benefits after the standard waiting period.\n
How we hire. The screener below, then a 30-40 minute written packet, then a call with me, then a working session with the Executive Producer you'd partner with. About two weeks if you move fast. The packet is the interview - we decide on what you show us, not how the conversation felt.
