Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Utah Valley, UT. Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms across a growing organization. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology, designing workflows, automations, integrations, and system improvements that drive operational efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities:

• Administer and support enterprise work management and collaboration platforms
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, and system integrations
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable system solutions
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
• Support workflow configuration and process optimization across multiple business functions
• Manage SaaS user access, licensing, and governance processes
• Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and system configurations
• Evaluate and support the adoption of new business applications and technologies
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on enhancements and platform updates
• 2+ years of experience administering a SaaS work management platform (Monday.com preferred)
• Experience building no-code or low-code automations and integrations
• Experience supporting business applications and end users in a growing organization
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation, organization, and process management skills
• Ability to analyze and map business processes into system designs

• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, APIs, or other integration tools
• Experience in manufacturing, regulated, or operationally complex environments
• Familiarity with identity management, SSO, and user provisioning processes
• Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and business process improvement
