Athena Medical Management, LLC , is a growing women’s healthcare organization with 19+ locations supporting over 160 team members. We’re building a strong, structured HR team that enables our managers to lead well and our employees to do their best work.
We are adding a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Recruiter) to join our HR team. This is a newly restructured role reporting directly to the HR Director and partnering closely with our HR Generalist. The Opportunity
This is NOT a catch-all HR role. This is a focused recruiting role for someone who loves the hunt, loves the close, and thrives on filling clinical roles that directly impact patient care.
You will own full-cycle recruiting from requisition to offer acceptance, while our HR Generalist owns payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Clear lanes. No gray area.
