JOB DESCRIPTION

Most summer internships hand you a spreadsheet and a project. We hand you a list of businesses, uncapped commission, the same training our reps get, and a head start on a full-time sales career.

• A scoreboard that moves daily. Dials, conversations, appointments held. You always know where you stand.
• A rotation, not a desk. Cold calling, door knocking, our CRM, and time with the sales enablement team. You leave knowing which part of a sales department you are built for.

• Current college or university enrollment. Any major, any class year. No sales experience required.
• A willingness to talk to strangers. On the phone or in a doorway. You can earn a business owner's next fifteen minutes.
• A high tolerance for volume, and for no. Prospecting is a numbers game before it is a skill game. You dial the next one after a rough call.
• Something you can talk about in numbers. A job, a sport, a club, a fundraiser. Whatever you have done, tell us what it added up to.
• You use feedback on the next call, not next week.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Some days you are in the field with a rep.

A real sales experience. Weekly skill development all summer. A team that wants you to win. What you do with it is up to you.
