Entry-Level Field Sales Representative

Compensation: $750–$1,550 per week, plus commission

About the Role

Mamba Mentality Consulting Group is seeking an Entry-Level Field Sales Representative to support customer acquisition and business growth throughout an assigned territory.

This is a face-to-face, business-to-business outside sales position focused on prospecting, in-person customer meetings, sales presentations, follow-ups, and new-business development.

We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help team members develop practical skills in sales, customer relationship management, business development, territory management, and account development. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

This opportunity is suited to applicants who want to build professional communication skills, learn a structured sales process, and gain hands-on experience working directly with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation: Identify prospective business customers through direct outreach, cold calling, referrals, networking, and territory-development activities.
• Face-to-face sales: Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations with prospective business customers.
• Customer needs assessment: Ask questions, identify customer needs, and present relevant products or services.
• Relationship building: Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers and provide timely follow-up.
• Territory management: Organize daily prospecting activities, prioritize opportunities, and maintain consistent customer-contact activity throughout the assigned territory.
• Sales pipeline management: Qualify leads, schedule appointments, track opportunities, prepare proposals, communicate pricing and terms, and work toward closing sales.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate prospect and customer information, interactions, and follow-up records in CRM or comparable sales-management systems.
• Team collaboration: Coordinate with sales and marketing colleagues to support customer acquisition and business-development initiatives.
• Performance monitoring: Review sales activity, customer feedback, territory coverage, and market opportunities.
• Training and development: Participate in company training, coaching, meetings, and professional-development activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or account management.
• Ability to organize daily activities, prioritize leads, and manage follow-ups.
• Comfort conducting face-to-face customer meetings in an outside sales environment.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and sales-management tools.
• Ability to present information clearly, respond to customer questions, and work through the sales process.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn company products, services, and customer-engagement practices.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, technology, technical sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Advertised compensation range: $750–$1,550 per week, plus commission.

Compensation and commission payments will be administered according to the applicable written compensation plan and in compliance with California and local wage-and-hour requirements.

The compensation structure, eligibility for commissions, payment terms, and any performance-based components will be explained during the hiring process. Actual earnings will depend on the confirmed compensation arrangement and applicable plan terms.
